Returns and Exchanges
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. Unlike Other companies we do not expect you to send your product back to us taking time and effort out of your busy day. In the unlikely event your canvas in damaged in transit you do not have to return the product to us at your own expense, all we require is that you take a photograph of the area of the damaged canvas and we'll send you another one out completely free of charge. This is subject to our T's & C's.
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from us.
- Please ensure that you send a picture of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or upload them directly on our website upload. please remember to include you order number which can be found on any of our correspondence to you, and any other information you have concerning the damage.
